Noah’s House is pleased to announce Jonte’ Rollins has joined our team as Executive Director, effective January 16, 2017.
Rollins will be responsible for the overall leadership and operations of Noah’s House in carrying out its mission of providing intellectually disabled individuals with opportunities for growth and fulfillment in a loving and nurturing home community.
“We are delighted Jonte’ has accepted the tremendous responsibility for overseeing our entire operation” said Don Ray, President of Noah’s House Board of Directors. “We believe she brings a unique combination of experience in the social services field, educational preparation, personal passion for working with intellectually disabled adults and professional management skills to successfully guide Noah’s House forward. We are excited about getting Jonte’ directly involved in all aspects of Noah’s House as soon as possible.”
Rollins comes with more than fifteen years of progressively increasing responsibilities in social services work in central Illinois. She has been extensively involved with multiple nonprofit organizations in youth and young adult program development, communications, community engagement and management. Her most recent position was as Operations Director, Youth and Family Peer Support Alliance, in Urbana, IL. Jonte’ holds a BS degree in Sociology from Illinois State University.
Noah’s House was founded in 1998 as an affordable home where high functioning intellectually disabled individuals are able to live among friends and work in the greater community.
